Join us for an interactive and engaging Shape Up SF Coalition Meeting!
Thursday, December 7, 2023 from 12 pm – 3 pm, with optional yoga from 3:15-3:45 pm
Location: PUSH Sanctuary at 447 Minna St, San Francisco
PUSH’s Sanctuary space is located at 447 Minna Street, San Francisco, CA 94103. PUSH is located between Mission and Howard Streets and 5th and 6th Streets. PUSH is accessible by BART Powell Street Station or MUNI J/K/L/M/N/T/Bus 14.

12 – 1 pm – optional networking lunch. Bring your own lunch and reusable water bottle. Shape Up SF will provide spa water and snacks from a local vendor.

1. Introduction to data collection for small nonprofits by Ryan Hazelton
2. Creating Cultures of Wellness in the Workplace by Jennifer Navarro-Marroquin
2:55-3:00 – Closing, Announcements, and Evaluation
3:15-3:45 – Optional yoga led by Saeeda Hafiz. Please bring a yoga mat if you would like to participate.
